Premenstrual Mess Essential Oil Blend

Now this is one heck of an essential oil blend! I keep one at my desk at my day job for when my cycle is getting ready to start or I am trudging through the trenches of my cycle. This blend helps relives some of the symptoms of menstruation. As everyone’s cycles are beautiful and unique to you. That is why I disclaim some symptoms as everyone is unique.

This is where I bring my witch side into play. As I research how to make the best, ethical, and most effective little helper I can. I blend these in-house and with much love and intention.

Directions: Apply the oil to your lower back, abdomen, and back of the neck. Before and during your cycle.
