Black cohosh is known to reduce hot flashes. Cinnamon, alfalfa, and orange blossom are all known to increase estrogen. Cloves and red clovers have high amounts of isoflavones, a type of phytoestrogen that reduces hot flashes.
For optimal flavor: 1 tsp of tea for every 8 fl oz of water, steep at 205° for 5 minutes
